A bit of motion

This one takes a bit to load. It's worth the wait, I think. Let me know if anything looks weird or missing!

Lately Instagram has taken to showing me little clips and videos, similar to some of my own. These seven struck me enough to save, though I likely have over a hundred accumulated now. Each reminds me of a motif I try to capture in my own video work. People walking through a space, light dancing on a wall, the beauty and terror of the natural, stars, water and reflections. Thankfully it seems I am coming to a point where I can make more time for what I love. Thank you for joining me here for that.

With love,

Noah

This is literally what your brain looks like when a feeling happens. When neurons fire and thoughts collide, when electricity meets chemistry and creates something you can almost touch. I made this to show exactly how the mind processes a moment like this. The chaand taare are just neurons lighting up pathways you didn’t know existed. Every color is a different emotion colliding with logic, memory tangling with sensation. Your brain doesn’t think in words first. It thinks in light and fire and movement. This is what it means to actually feel something. Not the idea of feeling but the raw sensation of your entire nervous system waking up at once. The explosion you see is the moment understanding becomes real. It’s the gap between knowing something and feeling it. And that gap is where all the real living happens. Your consciousness is nothing but controlled chaos looking beautiful.

Back in 2024, before I really noticed the ripples, Miley inspired me wandering through the swamp as I photographed the sun and shadows.
